From its first London-based restaurant, YO! Sushi is now close to having 100 restaurants worldwide. Although known for its sushi, YO! also offers delicious hot street food ranging from traditional classics to innovative fusion dishes.
All food is fresh, sustainable and locally sourced.
Since 2019, our in-house design team has worked closely with YO! Sushi to design restaurant workwear that is both innovative and high-quality, reflecting the company’s brand and identity for all front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
As with the entire clothing range, the material for this workwear is ethically sourced and comfortable to wear.
Together with the team at YO! Sushi, our designers created a range of bespoke t-shirts and a new style of denim apron that came in four print versions. Forming an integral part of YO! Sushi’s new branding, this new style of workwear was rolled out across the company’s 100 restaurants worldwide. A separate uniform was also created specifically for the new concept restaurants.
Building on this success, we now supply YO! Sushi counters in Tesco supermarkets across the UK.
